I just substituted half a cup of hemp powder for half a cup of flour and there was no difference. It made the loaf a bit darker, but there is no tasted difference at all.

You are doing very well and I know that you will continue on that path. I empathize with you. It is harder for women in their 50's to lose significant amounts of weight, but it is doable.
