veggies and calories

quick question...

I did Weight Watchers for a long time. They don't count certain veggies as points.
Do you count your veggies as calories for the day?

    I think you probably should, as you know a lot of veges don't have a lot of calories until you start counting the starchy vegs. I know WW doesn't, but in reality they do have a calorie count.

    I'm a vegetarian, the majority of my daily calories come from fresh veggies, so they all get logged. Plus, because most are so low it is nice to see that you are eating so much and it isn't high in calories.
    You should log everything, because even if the calories seem to not be worth it you are also capturing all the other nutrient values. You should really keep an eye on everything to make sure that they are all in moderation. If you are eating frozen/tinned veggies they can be high in other things like sodium and that is another aspect that people are concerned about keeping an eye on.

    I count everything that goes in my mouth. If it has calories, it counts
