First measure our success by how your clothes feel and any notable muscle gains and apparent fat loss. As others stated ignore what the machines say, the MFP calories burned are pretty close, I have checked several with a Polar F7. Also ask close friends, take monthly photos in swimsuit, and compare. :smile:

Probably shouldn't log the calories from your job. That is what the settings are for. If that is what you meant you were doing. I personally only count working out and cardio activities.

I guess I'll go for the 75 miles Walking/Running. This is what I've done to date. April 8- 5 Mile Hike April 9- 2 Mile Walk April 10- 2 Mile Walk Late start, but no problem. 66 Miles To GO!

I love hockey. Play over an hour every few weeks as a reward to myself. I have always leaned to the conservative side with my calories burned, except with excercise that is continuous, like cardio and videos, for those i use the Polar FT7 and use its calories. Do not buy the Sportline brand found at Sports Authority. I purchased a mid range version and it failed within 3 months. They would not replace it as I had not purchased an extended warranty.
