I track mine otherwise i come up lacking iron all the time.. i just use the barcode scanner and log it as a recipe...

I've not eaten one in years but I do agree with thenewbritt it really is worth eating fresh as much as possible, less preservatives and sodium and you'll be able to eat a lot more fresh if you ever feel hungry. :smokin:

An alt idea, when i get in, I do 10-15 cardio before I try raiding the cupboards, usually afterwards all I'm happy for is a drink of water!!
