Me! I did not lose the weight until I almost stopped nursing. I did not want to lose my milk supply either so I just forgot about it for a while. It did come off with hard work when my hormones were almost back to normal. With my second I did not even bother and just started this journey when she turned one.

:| I am confused too. I hit my first one at 40 days. Lasted almost three weeks. I kept logging and exercising. Then all of a sudden my body got the memo and I lost 2 lbs in a week by doing exactly the same thing I was doing when I was losing .5lbs a week.

I always get negative adjustments with my iPhone. OP just make sure that your "Health App" has the sharing ON for MFP. (Dashboard/Sources/MFP/Steps) Also another option is to turn steps off and on to reset the info sharing. Lastly make sure you enable Negative Calorie adjustments (On your computer Settings/Diary Settings)…

Yeah I am thinking I am not counting my calorie intake right anyway because per MFP I should be losing 2lbs per week. I am not. What I am reading anyway is that I should up my calories and set my goal to lose .5lbs per week? This is the "healthier" way? But why?
