I see the difference! Your shorts on the first pic are tight and they seem to be a little bit loose on the second. In my pictures, for example, I have noticed the most difference in my back fat, the rolls are no longer there! So maybe try taking pics at different angles

Congratulations!

When I was 145 I was wearing a 6 (tight). Medium shirts (also tight). I am an apple shape (lots of belly and skinny arms and legs).

I too have a desk job and ever since I got my fitness tracker I have been trying to put my 12k daily. In fact I do better during the workdays then on the weekends now. I have a scale and weigh most of my food. This is what is working for me. - On days I know I want a special treat for dinner I eat shirataki noodles with…

I do zumba almost daily to eat more and keep my calorie goal. So yes I have seen results as I am losing weight while eating a little more. But in reality it is all CICO.

Wow amazing change! :)

Be patient and never to that (450 cals) to your body again. The loss will happen! Remember slow and steady wins the race. For me adding friends and checking the community has helped me to get motivated! Good luck!

Get a fitness tracker. For me it has been a great motivator to push myself to be more active.

Markett, I can't be of much help but I waited until my daughter was 1 to start the journey. I watched as my friend went on a calorie deficit and lost her supply because of it. I was too fearful it would happen to me that I decided to wait a little more. Formula is expensive! I only nurse her twice a day now and we seem…

Same thing happened to me. I gave myself some rest from exercise for 2 days. I also consumed about 300-400 calories more for those 2 days then I resumed my exercise activities. What do you know it? a day later and 2lbs came off just like that. The rest and the extra calories kind of revamped my metabolism.

Anything is better than nothing. So my answer is yes.

You've got this! I waited a whole year before actually trying again. I am 5'2 and was about 144 lbs 2 months ago. I am down to 132 lbs and feeling proud of myself because I am getting closer to my goal. I dropped the "baby weight" now trying to get rid of the extra pounds I accumulated before kids. Be patient and keep on…

Congrats but how dare you put chocolate with junk food!
