I'd swear by aesics- I have some intense orthotics and these are the only brand they fit in without killing my feet!

I did look into some vitamin D, but i read a lot of different opinions on how much to take. The bottle I have each tablet is 400 UI, so i've been taking one a day, which some articles say is too much, but others say that you should have 1,000 UI Thanks so much for the support everyone, its nice to know that other people…

I know that's how the article phrased it, but there is more to it than that. It's not just watching what you eat to make sure that it is healthy ( like we do!) but it takes it to the absolute extreme. I just eat super healthy, but I make sure I get enough calories in. Also, a nice long helps. I actually did this the other day too- it was my 21st birthday, and my friends kept buying me drinks! The next day i ran a 5k (on the treadmill). :smile:

I just did the same thing! My last day at work for the summer, they took me out to lunch, and got a buffalo chicken salad sandwhich and ate wayyy too much of it!

That's what i do- break it down piece by piece and add each part in separately (a pain, i know!). Also, I usually exaggerate how much I ate, because it seems that most restaurants love to make healthy-looking things not that healthy :ohwell:

I felt the same way last summer- so I decided to train for a 5k run (if you can already do that, go to the next highest level!). It gives you a goal, and helps you keep focused on exercising!

My boyfriend has a HUGE Italian family- who all love to get together to eat, very often! Thankfully, they always have steak/beef, and since I don't eat beef at all, they usually make some plain grilled chicken and let us put our own sauce/marinade on it. Then i take a little bit of the sides, and i'm good to go! :)

When I study I do the same thing- I like to eat apple slices. They're yummy, and they take longer to eat than a lot of other snacks so I find i don't eat as many.

Breyers makes yogurt with that is vanilla and then has chocolate chip or Oreo toppings you can put on it- it kinda tastes like cookies and cream! Theres two sizes- i believe that the larger one is 140 cal, and the small one is 100 cal.

I know how you feel- I just got back from a weeklong vacation with my boyfriend and 24 members of his very Italian family- there was food EVERYWHERE! And then people starting baking ( cheesecakes no less) and it was all down hill from there. By some miracle, when I got home i found out that I only gained about a pound!…
