Hey, I have a nutri ninja so basically the same thing. I found the same, and when I'm at work I now have smoothies for breakfast three days a week and some kind of granola the other days. This was also partly because the effect it had on my toilet habits... Feel free to add me (though I haven't logged properly in a while) x

Ok thanks. I don't eat meat so I need protein from where ever I can get it! I'll look into protein powder now.

Thank you for all of your replies, so helpful! I have a nutri ninja so it blends everything really well, I'll try carrots and courgettes as I hadn't thought about things like that. So is the consensus that I should add some protein powder on top of chia/linseed?

I'm a redhead with freckles, and it's taken me years to realise that these two things, and pale skin, are pretty sexy! It makes a change from constantly being teased about it! And my boyfriend goes crazy for my freckles. It's a nice feeling :)

oops sorry! i only have 1.2kg ones because i use them for punching and pilates type things, but no up to 2kg isn't very good is it? lol. if it was me, i would get the one with changeable weights :)

I want to be able to wear whatever I want and feel comfortable, not worry that my top has ridden up and my belly is sticking out, or that my back rolls are visible against my tight shirt. also wouldn't hurt if my ex saw me lookin' all skinny and hot. :p
