Take however long you need!!!!!! You can do it!!!!!!! I know I didn't feel comfortable w/ doing it in 9 weeks. As long as you take it at your own pace yet still challenge yourself, you're on the right track. Do you have a running partner? I know having a running partner helped me over my 30 min hurdle (i'd be done w/in 30…

Great job!!! Isn't it awesome how some of the smallest things in life can fill us with such joy?! Keep up the good work! :flowerforyou:

Go with what feels best for Y.O.U. I'm 5'2" - started MFP at 200, currently at 160, goal of 130. My original goal was 150 but as I realized I could DO this, I adjusted it to where my BMI was no longer overweight.

OOOH awesome! Thanks for sharing!

The wind sucked at times, but all in all, it wasn't too bad. I finished in 35:56 - my best time for 5k!

I WISH it were at my back! It looks like it'll only really be at my back for about 1/4-1/2 mile just before the midway point. After that, we'll be running right into it or it'll be sweeping across the route. And, being that it's in the middle of BFE Idaho, yup, we'll have open fields around us. :-) It's a zombie chase and…

Something similar happened to me last week...all of a sudden the scale said I gained 7-8lbs yet my clothes didn't feel any tighter. It turned out that our bathroom floor (wood) was all sorts of messed up due to a leak and it had absorbed a ton of water. Hopefully you don't have a screwed up floor and it's just a screwed up…

I'm 5'2", currently 161, but started on MFP at 200. I've always followed the recommended calories that MFP says for losing 1lb/wk. I have my activity set at sedentary and work out 4x/wk for 30min. I try not to eat my exercise calories, but as I get closer and closer to only have 1200, I find that I typically eat a few of…

Good luck! You can do it! I personally couldn't give up cheese. :)

Gotta love the "little" things that seriously can make your day! I don't remember exactly when that happend, but it was flippin' awesome when I realized I didn't have to use a bath sheet anymore (although I still do cuz they're cozy). CONGRATS!!!

I store my mix in a coffee can that's currently sitting in my pantry for those days I just NEED chocolate cake! I LOVE this snack!

5'2" - 165lbs - currently in size 16 pants, but the legs and butt are pretty loose, so i could probably fit into 14s (have yet to try). I carry A LOT of weight in my belly (and just had a baby 9 months ago....) so that throws everything off.

Don't focus on speed or even time too much. I, too, will plug the C25K program. I've just finished the 9 weeks, although I still haven't ran 3 miles yet, and take little walk breaks here and there, but hey, at least I'm getting out there! Remember, no matter how slow you go, you're still lapping everyone on the couch!!!…

OOOH I like that! I've deleted 24lbs! :-)

I had to have my gallbladder removed in Dec. 2009. I was having very bad attacks. Very sharp, stabbing pain in the middle (slightly more to the right side than left) just under my ribcage. I only went to the doctor because the pain was too severe to live with. Before I ever went to the doc, I had tried a few things to…

BUMP......I too would like to hear if anyone's tried this program and what they think

My husband and I (more him) use just some Franks Red Hot sauce. We also have found that some of the Litehouse vinagrettes are really low calorie. I think their Sesame Seed Ginger one is like 30 cal for 2Tbs!
