30DS & 6w6p together
Today I did Level 2 Day 6 of 30DS. Originally, I was thinking of starting 6w6p after I was done w/ 30DS, but now I'm thinking of starting it sooner so I'd be doing both at the same time. Has anyone done both of these together?

Running in the WIND
Has anyone had to run (fun or race) in 20-30mph winds??? I have my first 5k later this afternoon and the forecast is calling for 20-30mph winds (with possible gusts up to 50mph). UGH!!!! Like I wasn't worried enough about just running the dang thing, now the thought of ridiculous winds is realllly not helping. :-( :-( :-(

Losing implies finding
Ya know, I've been thinking and I don't like the terminology that I've "lost" weight. Typically, when you lose something, you want to find it again. I never want to find this weight again. I haven't lost 24lbs, I've thrown away 24lbs - never to bee seen again (hopefully).

My quote for today...
So while out walking/running this morning, this popped in my head: "The only way for fat to leave your body is through your sweat pores." I think I need to stamp that on my hands so I always remember that when I'm starting to want to quit my workout.
