  • public tennis courts, or badminton in your own back yard..(or a park if you are in an apartment). Volleyball league that is cheap?? none of these require much equipment, but burn lots of energy.

  • I put the 0% fat plain in a smoothie with milk, egg whites and sweetner, a banana and frozen berries, and yumm...over 30 grams of protein...I am not hungry til lunch....
  • I just stir fry it in a bit of olive oil on the stove, or on the BBQ, with onions, tomato, salsa, and a bit of parmesan cheese on top when it is cooked.

  • I bought a Weight Watchers one at Wal-Mart. about 40 bucks. Works great. Does BMI, %body fat, and %water content.
  • You didn't gain it in a week, and you won't lose it in a week......Be kind to yourself, and build up gradually, or you won't stick with it.. Your loss for one week is fantastic, and start the exercise in moderation, or you will hurt and stop. You can do this...lots of support on this ite!!

  • Breakfast smoothie for 5 points....1/2 C. milk, 1/2 c. greek yoghurt plain 0% fat, 1/2c. simply egg whites, 1 banana, bit of Splenda, and all the frozen berries you want... Blend and yum...like a milkshake and protein to last til lunch. (over 30grams I believe) I also mix fat free pudding mix with greek yogurt and splenda…
  • open your food diary for others to see, and ask for them to suggest ways to help you....Do you have access to a dietician??That might be helpful too..

  • Greek Yoghurt!!!!! 0% fat and 18 gm of protein per serving, in a smoothie with egg whites, and berries and milk..you get over 30 gm protein for around 300 calories
  • breaskfast smoothie.....1/2 c. milk, 1 banana, 1/4 c. liquid egg whites, 175g Greek yogurt , mixed frozen berries, little honey or Splenda. This drink will keep you full til way past lunch.......LOTS of Protein.
  • cabbage soup diet....you just eat cabbage soup daily, with a few other treats like veggies and certain fruits.....(still don't like cabbage sou:P!) and it was just a quick loss that came back on even more quickly! Life style change is the way to go.....
  • well, at least you are aware of this issue. I would not have thought of this. I guess it is trial and error, to figure what works for you. All the best with that. Protein does not work???

  • I think you are making HUGE progress......over Christmas....13 lb's???? TOTALLY incredible. It also sounds like you are really pushing to do the workouts....Even a walk around the block in the fresh air can be beneficial, even for your mood.
