I think the most discouraging thing is not having fast results when we want to loose weight. I've done the crazy diets, but the only real success is when I make small changes that are lifestyle changes. Keeping a positive attitude and recording your goals is so helpful and keeps you motivated! We are all here for you!

I agree! I do so much better when I am at work vs. when I am at home. Thank goodness for a 40 hour work week LOL

Try stretching before and after. Some tylenol for the first few times of getting back into working out can help as well. If your muscles are really sore try the ice heat ice method. Ice 10 min, heat 10 min and then ice 10 more minutes. It will get better as you are continuing to work out! GREAT JOB!!!!

I did bad at breakfast today but did good at lunch. I only have 590 calories left for the day and 110 of them will be used at 3 for my snack. I will try to incorporate some exercise today so I can overcome the bad I did this morning!!! I had two pieced of cold pizza. I don't even know why I did it! I am drinking water…

Apple Cider Vinegar basically helps rid the body of fluids and water weight. Even if you don't lose weight from taking it, it has other benefits.

I am also a stress eater. I will do so good, but if something goes wrong, I'm bringing out the Reese's Cups and doritos:( I need tips also!

Today I have already been drinking a ton of water. I am going to head to a salad bar for lunch.. I plan on staying away from the 1000 island!!! I will also do 15 min. of weights on my lunch hour. if time allows I am going to walk tonight after work. Not sure on dinner yet.

I am a baby wearing mama! I have an assortment of different wraps and slings, but my baby is 18 months old now and getting to wear she doesn't want to be worn as much. I also work 40 hours a week with a 35 min. commute each way so I don't get to wear her as much as I'd like. I am glad to have some nursing mom support…
