  • Are they good for you or bad for you?? I love them so much, I just ate a whole avacado, diced up with a little salt and pepper on it, and it posted as like 290 calories with 27 grams of fat... that can't be good? right? That's worse than my lunch's usually....
  • Makes more sense to me now too... I felt like the "earned calories" were defeating the purpose of burning calories... I didn't want to eat more calories, but if they are healthy calories, not full of fat, I suppose your body would need them for energy.
