I got mine from a boutique, but it was a Casablanca dress, if that's what you're wanting to know :) It was more than I care to admit, lol, I had a customized one, so it was more expensive than usual. I've been in 5 weddings in the past 3 years though, and the average of those ladies dresses was probably $2000. I do know 2…

pureed prunes or figs, prune juice and pineapple juice. Learned that after a surgery and not being allowed to leave the hospital til, ahem, things happened. Also senna is a pretty mild one, mom had to use it when she went through chemo, but regular laxatives would have been way too hard on her system. (I think 'smooth…

I use the torani sugar free pumpkin pie syrup, super yummy and 0 calories, (as long as you're ok with artificial sweeteners) For a cappucino I do 2 shots, 1 tbls syrup and 3/4 cup almond milk. Comes to a whopping 40 calories. They actually have recipes on their websites for all their syrups if you want more ideas. I have a…

Yeah, I did a bit of a double take when I read that one. All this has made me realize I know REALLY polite people! lol The one thing I get that drives me batty is a few people asking how much I weigh now, and not even people I'm close to, just acquaintances.

I also use the shiritaki noodles, I've never used them for Italian dishes though, always Asian ones. There is actually a great topic in the forums about them, and about 'dry frying' them first, it really improves on the texture!

I got a really bad case of food poisoning from a pulled pork sandwich when I was 16, just the smell or sight of it now makes me gag.

I'd think "I'd kill to look like her", lol. I wouldn't think you were a fitness fanatic, but I wouldn't think you were overweight by any means. Everyone has a different opinion on what an ideal body should look like though, I prefer females to be strong but a bit 'fuller'. (I hope that doesn't sound like I'm calling you…

These cookies are amazing. I own a bakery, we tested dozens of recipes before selling these, and these were by far the winner. http://www.othersideoffifty.com/2010/08/new-york-times-chocolate-chip-cookies.html Also, the recipes on the back of ingredients are usually top notch, they test hundreds before printing them. (on…

You look amazing! Great work!

You definitely need that dress for the show! I like the idea of trying it with the boots as well.

Totally 100% worth the pain! Go to a nice salon, it's more expensive, but a good waxer will not embarrass you at all, and can make the process a lot less painful. Not even comparable to shaving in my opinion. If you are really sensitive, start with a bikini wax, take advil before you go and ice the area.

She said she hasn't lost anything the past two weeks, I'm assuming the 6 pounds on her tracker are from before 2 weeks ago :)

Wait til TOM comes and goes before weighing yourself again, I easily gain 5 pounds the week of, and when it's irregular, even more. Evil rotten. Like so many others mentioned, cutting back on sodium and upping my water during it makes it disappear right away though.

my word, I wished my 'obese' looked like that! haha. No, you are not by any stretch morbidly obese.

Honest, yes, 'brutally honest', no. If I am asked for an opinion, I will give it, but there is no reason to not use some tact.

you get fat and mono?

As of yesterday I am trying low carb, (evil dr, lol). I have lost over 20 lbs eating at the preset macros, interested to see if the new amounts make much difference.

blue rare filet mignon with crumbled bleu cheese, steak house french fries with aoili, caesar salad and creme brulee. (lol, took me about 20 seconds to figure it out)

sport: [spawrt, spohrt] noun 1. an athletic activity requiring skill or physical prowess and often of a competitive nature. That would be the dictionary proving your opinion doesn't constitute fact.

I like apples, arugula, goats cheese and cranberries with a simple balsamic vinaigrette.

I go over protein on purpose, but other than that it's usually fat for me. It hasn't seemed to hinder my weight loss at all though, so I don't worry about it too much.

I have no idea if there is any truth to this whatsoever, but I had a prof in uni who told us to eat walnuts while cramming for tests, he claimed they were 'brain food'. I thought he was full of it, but I tried it and it really curbed my junk cravings. I was a harsh binge eater whenever I was doing difficult studying,…

I have a hard time finding real milk I can drink, so many have added calcium these days. (which isn't bad, unless you are me and are allergic to it). I really like the trader joe's organic original almond milk, not sure how it compares cal/fat wise to skim milk, but I know there are no trans fat, and it tastes great!

I play the cello, I think it was 6th grade when I gave the alto sax a go for school band, but ended up taking track instead.

Raspberries are always great. Ginger, coconut, strawberry, blackberry, fresh mint, poppyseed.

Definitely this! It has made such a huge difference to my hair! It's shinier, smoother, way less breakage, and lasts longer between washes than it used to.

Since I'm a total pansy when it comes to confrontation, I probably would have ignored her, but said something loudly to the kids about not being rude to strangers, moved somewhere my kids couldn't hear her abuse and reported her for being drunk in public. lol. I'm a wuss :) I think you did well! (As far as drunk on the…

I've never had a conversation in a public bathroom. All the sudden I feel the need to go to the mall and just hang out in the stalls, making the people next to me uncomfortable.
