My dog usually sees to it that I am awake at 0530 (even though my alarm is set for 0600). There is no snooze button on a dog that wants his morning walk. I get dressed, use the toilet and then the dog and I head out for a 2.5 km walk that takes us 30 mins or so. I put out his food and water and then brush my teeth, shave,…

Last time I was there I got the Chicken, Shrimp and Scallops off the Wood Fired Grill portion of the menu... very tasty.

Guns, like guitars, come down to what is right for you so I would echo the other comments here about shooting all the ones you are interested in and find that one (or two) that you are really happy with... having said that... Love the Sig... used by Canadian Special Forces, British SAS and waaaaaay too many US agencies to…

I do my PT in the morning, before work. I tried noon or after work but it was just too easy to come with a lame ecuse not to do it. Now, it's done and over with and I feel better for the rest of the day. Adjust your bedtime to make sure you get the amount of sleep you need and you're all set.

In the early days I saw Pat Travers, AC/DC & Ted Nugent at one show... was hard of hearing for a week... but the best rock concert was Rush Best other was Trans Siberian Orchestra... those people put on a frickin' show!

It's all good, I agree. Got to travel all across the States (airshows) and had Texas BBQ, Kansas City BBQ, Memphis BBQ and even Georgia BBQ and I did not have a bad meal anywhere.

Why can't you exceed your calorie limit AND document it? IMHO, if you plan it, record it and are happy with it then it is not cheating... it's just you living your life. I really don't understand the purpose of not recording... it doesn't mean it didn't happen. If you bite it, write it.

The only thing I have avoided is sweets, due to a high A1C level... of course that was over 110 days (and 31 lbs) ago... but other than that if it fits in the plan nothing is off limits.

Saturday morning, after morning ablutions and before meals, like others. I think consistency is the key to get an accurate trend... same date/time, same scale, same clothing...

Thanks, I'll check 'em out and see if they're available here in The Great White North. My usual chip snack is 15 Pringles but that's around 140-150 cals. Cheers.

Ripper is a nickname but there seems to be quite a few using that as a log in/screen name so I added the SB from my time on the Snowbirds (Canada's jet demonstration team).

Well, the "D" is right above the "C" so if they accidently typed ****en, may be that was it? edit: yup! it was the D

Lazy lasagne... brown the beef, cook macaroni. Add a jar of pasta sauce to beef, drain and add cooked macaroni. Stir with cheese of your choice - mozza or parma... or both.

If I saw that thing flying towards me I'd have nightmares for a week... and I'd be reaching for my 12 Ga.

Today's lunch starts with an appetizer of baby carrots and cut celery pieces followed by the entree - black forest ham with a 2% cheese slice and lettuce on whole wheat, accented nicely with mustard and mayo. We have a two course dessert... first blueberry yogurt and then a red delicious apple to finish. All washed down…

I don't think there is anything wrong with a ham and turkey sammich... its just how much ham and turkey. What I usually do is prepare my plate first, measuring everything and then my wife takes whatever she likes from the rest. You just need to stick to your plan. Best of luck.
