A bottle of Bud 66 is only 84 calories and a very nice 84 calories it is too!! I love my lager and cider but I am trying my best to cut right back on it , something I thought I could never do. But if a body is busy burning alcohol it can't give it's full attention to burning fat

I'm 5ft 8. My starting weight was 177, current weight is 165 after 5 months on MFP and my goal weight is 145. Although I already feel so much better, I can't wait to be rocking my skinny jeans again! Hello....I'm 5ft 8. My starting weight was 12 stone 9 in February this year. But I am now 11 stone 13 and just back in my size 12 clothes. My ultimate goal weight is 10.5 stone, but I will be happy to be back at 11 stone again, which was the weight I was before I stopped smoking. Good luck to you all in reaching your goals…

I miss my beer sooo much, but not quite as much as my favorite jeans! I have cut back to drinking just over the weekend and in moderation.
