I'm the opposite the more I exercise the more hungry I am. I find an apple is good for curbing hunger! xxxx

I'm also new to this. I used a similar site last week but it has stopped working (the site) so i stumbled upon this one. last week I managed to lose 1lb but i felt like I was starving myself. The other site advised me not to eat my excercise cals. Does anybody use theirs? Good luck to everyone :smile: :smile: :smile:

Don't feel guilty about it. I over ate by around 500 cals on Sunday. Sundays is the day I allow myself a treat. If you are too strict on the diet, it will become boring and mundane, you have to have things to look forward to and Sundays is my day!
