It said 118 for me. I'm 5' and my bmi range is 98 to 128 so it basically gave me smack dab in the middle. Dumb. I haven't weighed 118 since I graduated high school BEFORE having 3 kids. I don't think my body will ever see under 125 so I'm looking to just hit healthy bmi and be happy there. :)

I just googled it. It's on self.com. Apparently my "happy weight" is 10 lbs under what I figured I'd be happy at. haha

Thanks everyone! I can't wait to "finish" and get those pics up to see how big the difference will be. I have worked hard for what I've accomplished so far! Fought for myself against all those that didn't think I could do it or assumed I'd fail eventually. I refuse to let them win. :D

When I started MFP I weighed 191 (last year August). It took me 9 months to lose this so far....slow and steady!!! :) You can do it!!

My entire lunch (with a couple candies included was about 550 calories. I'm actually searching for something to eat just to bring my calories over 1200 for the day. lol I discovered, being around people who aren't mindful of what they eat keeps me more motivated to stay on track. Weird.

My zig zag calories are only about 10-15 calories off from what their fat loss calories are per day. I think on here I'm set at 1290 too - this is the minimum you should be eating according to MFP. With zig zagging your total calories for the week is based on your BMR on most websites. It's not what you find here on MFP…

Did it say that for your highest calories during one day in the week? Or was that your highest? MFP gives you your minimum, I believe.
