  • From what I have read else where, the difference between fruit sugar and table sugar is the way they are metabolized. Fruit sugar is not so bad and it usually comes with great vitamins and fiber....whereas sodas are basically empty calories that jack up your insulin levels and give you no nutrients. :)
  • I've got over 100 lbs to lose also. We can do it! I have found exercising more enjoyable when I switch things up. Three times a week I do a set workout, but then the other days of the week I try and do something new and fun. I have tried Zumba classes, swimming, biking, walking, and Pilates.
