i generally will not eat back my calories i work off. i may eat a few here and there but usually dont eat them and i have been gradually losing weight. i also switched up my workout routine also. was only running but then added weight lifting.

oh ya and i get this new shake and bake in the cheese area at walmart that is to die for bunch of different flavors. cheese parmesian is favorite.

i threw a jar of mango salsa in the crock pot with chicken. i had another jar on the side to put on left overs. so good!!!

try a product called pb2 its on line for 4 dollars a jar. mix water with it and tastes like peanut butter but only 45 callories for 2 tablespoons

PIZZA and ICE CREAM!!! found new alternates that reduce the craves. i bought a machine called the nano machine. you put frozen fruit through it and its like sherbert of some sorts. so good and healthier. also i take wheat tortillas and make my pizza on that much healthier also!

you have to first ask yourself if you think you could spend your life with him. if yes then think about going on a date or two and see how it goes. if not there is always friendship again.

i use whole wheat or any type of tortillas, it sounds weird but it is really good and can put pretty much any topping. use pizza stone or something that will cook bottom to make crispy.

i tried that, really no taste its the texture i had a problem with but not too bad.

i take ground turkey and ortega low sodium taco mix cook it and spread it on my salads later.
