  • Great weight loss so far! Sounds like your exercise is very good! My suggestion is not to eat carbs after lunchtime . It works. That would be your potatoes, rice, bread and pasta.
  • A modified push up is a push up but instead of your hands and toes push up on your knees and hands. Keep butt down try to get chest to the floor. Full gal milk containers with water or 1/2 gal and use those as weights.
