I thought everyone actually had a day in the week where they enjoyed a high calorie food.
-
It happened to me. I raised to my BMR and gained 2 pounds. Then I started losing again.

Cederlane burritos - %20 sodium per burrito, organic and vegetarian (I think they might be vegan too). 260 calories Celeste pizzas for one - The deluxe version has %30 sodium. 340 or so calories. Vegetarian pizza might have less. I am not sure.

I miss having collarbones show :( Good job, you look great! I am so jealous :)

Thanks everyone. I like the using 1 yolk with 3 egg whites idea. I will try it when I have my next scramble or omelet.

A lot of people think this loss of hunger is a good thing, but I highly doubt that you not getting hungry after 600 calories is really a good thing... Why is your body not wanting more, when you clearly need more than 600 calories for it to sustain itself.

You are eating way too little.... I have done what you did before. I stopped when my breathing stopped at the gym for about 10 seconds, could not breathe no matter what I did, fell down, and when I could finally get back up, I stopped my crazy low cal diet and never looked back. Do not do this to yourself...

wow, this is a horrible allergy, especially if you love meat. I have no idea what to suggest, but I wish you luck. I could not deal with such an allergy...

My ultimate weakness is burritos, chips and salsa and also, french fries - or chips ;)

wow everyone is eating chobani yogurt. maybe I should try it

Go to settings at the top of the page and choose food diary settings. Just enter whatever you feel like there :) You have to go to people's profiles to find them.

I love them too! I love them with hot peppers especially, but very salty! Need to watch the sodium intake as well.

Just do this http://www.myfitnesspal.com/food/diary/YOUR-USERNAME-HERE so mine is like http://www.myfitnesspal.com/food/diary/dododo123

To be honest, if you had been feeling good, I would not buy a scale. See my last topic: I have gained a pound. I feel so bad seeing the numbers did not change even though my body is changing.
-
thats great letmebeda1, losing from the waist is a common goal here i think :)
-
Yes, I almost always eat the same thing and every week I do the same workouts.
-
thanks, I will have to buy a tape measure I guess :(

Every sunday morning

did you consider that you not being hungry is a result of starvation mode? maybe it's not but it is possible. I was like that when I was doing 1200. Now I do 1400. It's going ok so far, and I do feel hungry sometimes but I feel like its working.

get the egg and cheese burritos, pretty good.
-
what an a-hole! you are brave. i would have left because its easy to intimidate me but i would have gone to the staff and canceled my membership and make a scene until i got my money back so that they would be pissed off at the guy.

instead of looking to food for comfort, watch a couple of funny videos on stumbleupon. put stumbleupon on your browser and just lose track of time, going from video to video on youtube. it will cheer you up to see many interesting things people put on there.

I'd take chipotle over taco bell any day. They advertise on tv and it looks sooo delicious, but when I go there and eat, I always feel bad afterwards if not during the meal.
-
Like someone said before, you should definitely go in and just walk in the aisles. You will see many delicious things. And some very interesting options. I really like the mochi ice cream. 100 cals each and satisfy the chocolate cravings.

I have a cheat day on Saturday (or friday if I get impatient) and I weigh in every Sunday.

I am glad to know I am not the only one, haha :) It probably is water weight that you lose by sweating during the night. I don't think the body uses 3 pounds of fat at night :( but that sure would be nice :p
-
I raised my calories from 1200 to 1400 which seems to be better. Not sure.
-
same happens to me. i think it is because I drink more water and try to eat more protein to feel full. proteins make you pee more.
-
just plain black tea
-
that is pretty helpful! i wish they gave more examples haha :)
