I was just thinking of doing intermittent fasting today, instead of simply keeping my calorie count low. I have to watch out for diabetes, as it happens. Was that a thing for you too? If so, how are your sugars now? Great work btw!

Eat them back, because if there is a starvation mode, that would fit in that situation as well. Furthermore, no need to starve to lose weight. I was suggested 1200 calories to lose 1 lb a day, I eat 1400-1600 without exercise and lose.

No, I think what everyone should know is that you should not switch to artificial food to cheat your body. When you cheat your body, you surely take away something from your life. All those artificial sweeteners, I highly doubt the body appreciates it. Well, to each his own. I will continue on portion control.

It's like, every single food item you buy has yeast extract. Just look in your freezer and deli products, including cheeses. Check your bread o.o

That is just your body's natural response. For so long, it was starving itself. Now it has access to food. It is trying to grab anything to put in the fat stocks.

I hope you realize what people try to sell you in the name of Greek Yogurt is just plain old strained yogurt. I hope you did not get tricked by the marketing that Greek yogurt is some sort of miracle food.

I love the spicy tofu dishes. The only bad part is that every takeout item is covered in grease. If it is not steamed, it's sure to have lots of fat :(

They are just placebos in my opinion. Your body cleanses toxins and the stuff it doesn't want itself anyways. And if it can't throw it out, it definitely won't throw it out if you do a "cleanse" I think.

Maybe you are coming on too strong? Not saying you must be, but did you consider it? Like, when you meet a lady, do you immediately consider her an option? And if you do, do you signal her immediately? That can be an issue for women as far as I know. Good luck dude.
