Bulgur - alternative to rice
Can bulgur be a good alternative to rice? It makes a beautiful pilaf when cooked in chicken broth and is low in calories. AND it keeps you full for a long time. It seems that if you drink water after eating bulgur, it expands in your stomach. What do you think?

Water issue
Hi there. I was wondering, can you drink too much water? I feel like I drank too much right after exercise and I feel quite lightheaded. I didn't feel lightheaded after the exercise and while I was doing my cool down, but after a couple of ice cold waters, it's feeling a bit weird.

What is on the top of your frequently used foods? Mine is Cederlane Organic Burritos from Costco. I love these things and even though people are afraid I would be gassy from eating so many, it doesn't really affect me that much. What is yours?

Try putting feta crumbles on a cup of cooked whole-grain rotini. Missing the creaminess? Put half a cup of plain yogurt on that plain pasta and top it off with garlic powder and crushed red peppers. This is how I get by when I get the cravings for comfort food that is starchy :)
