Try putting feta crumbles on a cup of cooked whole-grain rotini. Missing the creaminess? Put half a cup of plain yogurt on that plain pasta and top it off with garlic powder and crushed red peppers. This is how I get by when I get the cravings for comfort food that is starchy :)
