what's your favorite and your healthy choice? I love ikura, but because of the salt content and price, I tend to go with salmon rolls.

The only sushi I eat is Tuna. I've started having 1 tuna and avocado roll for lunch, plus 2 tuni nigiri. Once I add in the soup and salad, I've had about a 350 calorie lunch and I'm full until dinner. The sodium count isn't the best, but I'm still losing so I will keep eating it until I notice that it's making a difference0
