Do you plan ahead too? If I can keep up, I will have an almost balanced 3 days. I did it for the last 2 days. Gotta say, it is not as exciting and thrilling as eating and then logging..

Planning ahead works for me... I don't need the "excitment" of finding out that I'm 500 cals over or under at the end of the day, I prefer to have a good idea of how my day will look ahead of time.

I don't log days ahead of time, but I have a good idea of what I am going to be eating.

I always plan and log one day ahead.
I tweak it sometimes but usually stick to what I've planned to eat for the day.

I don't log ahead, but I already know what's on the menu tomorrow...

Breakfast: Ezekial Bread toast, 1 tblsp peanutbutter, 1/2 tsp honey.
    1/2 cup milk

Snack: Liberte greek orange and mango yogurt.

Lunch: Arnold whole grain sandwich thin, 3 oz turkey, 1 Tblsp Wholly Guacamole, greens, swiss cheese (1 oz)

Snack: 60% Cocoa Ghiradelli Chocolate, Hot tea

Dinner: Eggplant Parmesean stuffed portobellos, mixed green salad. Perhaps a whole grain roll?

Snack: ? (yogurt/honey, cookie bar (garbanzo bean), fruit, chocolate milk)

This is perhaps the biggest thing I do differently now, compared to before.
