I'm 5'6''. I wore anywhere between a size 10 and 14 in pants depending on designer, cut and design. I also wore a large in tops and dresses. I could manage a medium if the chest had more give. I'm quite busty.

I've been eating this salad I really like... -2 cups any salad mix from store (or more) -6 strawberries, sliced -1/4 cup walnuts -2 tbsp raspberry vinaigrette Mix and enjoy. Very filling.

Same problem here... I try to eat with the seasons... and try whatever fruit or vegetable is on sale. And it's a motivating factor to reduce expenses on chocolate. I now think of how I could get a whole bag of dates (from bulk foods section) which will last several weeks for the price of three chocolate bars which I can…

Your concern seems to be more a question of size and appearance than weight so like most people suggested, focus on your target size. You may find that it is not at 125pounds... or that it is, depending on your frame and bone density.
