I am on week 7 of T25. I love it and have seen a lot of inches lost. I couldn’t imagine doing lift4 along with it.

I have been doing Focus T25. 25 minutes 5 days a week

I do both. I always track my zero point foods on MFP. Makes me know if I am over or under calories. I will eventually quit WW now that I am in the habit of eating healthier foods.

I walked 3 miles a day every day for the month of January for a challenge. I felt a very small difference in my clothes but nothing significant. I wasn’t counting calories. I didn’t gain weight so I guess that was a plus.

I am currently in the same situation. Pants are much loser so I won’t let the scale ruin my progress. I normally quit by now but instead I quit the scale and I am much happier. Everyone always says trust the process if you are doing everything correctly. It’s too easy to get wrapped up in the numbers game.

I have been doing intense excercise for 4 weeks but only have been counting calories closely for 2 weeks. Only down 1 lb but my clothes fit a tad bit better and I have so much more energy. I am the same way, Usually quit when I see no results in the scale but I know it takes my body longer to see results.

I tend to eat less through out the day and save some calories for my evenings. I also chew a lot of sugar free gum and that helps with the urge to binge.

I have always followed Fitbit especially with the exercise calories.

I have lost 20lbs using my Fitbit. I couldn't imagine not having it.

I will jump I here a little late. I just started running. I have done it off and on for years but I am very slow and don't get too far . My husband on the other hand will just go out for 10 miles like it's nothing! I will shoot for 25 miles with 5 already done.

It could be water retention. My body is stubborn. I am very accurate for weeks and will not loose a single lb. I will then have huge loss over 2 days and then cycle goes on again. Give it some time and it will happen.

Sometimes slower is better. You might be able to keep off and your friends won't. I am hoping for a 30 lb loss for my one year in July.

I am going to one tomorrow. I plan on getting a taco salad with no beans, sour cream or guac. Not eating shell. Maybe a few chips and salsa before hand.

I like the taste of almond milk in my cereal and in my protein shakes plus less calories. I don't ever just drink a cup of it on its own. Getting to my protein goal is never an issue so I don't need regular milk.

This is a daily struggle and it is a constant battle. My house right now is loaded with Girl Scout cookies. I restrained myself and had two. It could have easily been the whole box. I distracted myself before I went back into the kitchen by jumping in the shower. Chewing gum helps me a lot too. I won today but tomorrow is…

Cheeze it's! Once I open the box I am in trouble. Any sweets or chips that co workers bring are hard to say no to. I don't buy them on my own.

I go through a Wendy's phase every so often. I love their chili and salads.

Myfitnesspal way over estimates my "extra calories". Yesterday it gave me 1000 exercise cals for 22000 steps. Maybe I did earn that many, it just seems like too much! I just follow the Fitbit app and how many calories to eat. I lost 20lbs doing that with my charge. . I just stared using HR.

This is a very hard challenge for me as well. I am not good at all with self control when it is in front of me. I find that chewing gum helps tremendously!

I lost 20lbs with the hr charge. I went on to buy the HR model but kind of wish I didn't. The charge was just as good. Don't know about the flex.

Broiled ham steak, steamed broccoli and knorr chicken flavored noodles. Needed quick dinner after kids' soccer practice.

I have been off the rails for a week after loosing 15lbs. I put a pair of shorts on that this morning that I haven't been able to fit into prior to weight loss. I could button then beginning of summer and I don't want to go back there so that's all I needed.

I quit drinking coffee for two reasons. 1. Didn't want to waste calories on cream and sugar. I won't drink it any other way. 2. I hate being addicted to it. Caffeine headaches are the worst. It is defiantly a drug to me.

Fiber one honey clusters have 10 grams of fiber. I have had constipation issues for years and refuse to take anything for it because I feel like that has worse consequences down the road.

I hate plain Greek yogurt but adding a banana and 1 tsp of peanut butter I now love it. Sometimes strawberries and honey.

My lunch and breakfast are pretty much the same. I like it that way.
