Huge difference
Tonight at 9pm Fitbit says I have 400 calories left to eat and myfitnesspal says 2000! Which one is more accurate? Both are set to the same goals. I also don't enter any extra exercise. I have the HR.

SHould I take a break?
for the past two months I've been working out 5x a week includng spinning, zumba, and interval strength with elliptical. I've also been at a plateau for those two months. Was thinking about a week or two off from excercise and sticking to my calories. Anyone done this and has it helped? I am still considered 12lbs…

running and HR?

too stressful!
I was very good with my eating several months ago and excercised 5x a week but found myself going crazy with stress about trying to loose weight so I gave up because my mind couldn't handle it. What kept going through my head...Am I eating too much sugar, am I not eating enough calories, I should eat my excercise calories…

Do these count?
I just spent 2 hours cleaning while weaing my HRM which included vacuming, steam cleaning carpets, moping, laundry ect.. According to my HRM I burnt 600 cals! Would you log thse in for excercise? My HRM only counts cals if your heartrate goes about 100(not sure if they are like that). Thanks, Rebecca

To eat at night or not at all?
Sometimes I'll realize that I have 200 cals left at like 8pm . Should I eat them or is better not to? I don't do it on purpose. sometimes I am just too busy during the day running around with my 2 kids or I'll unexpectly excercise in the evening.

Healthy foods to make up cals
I've been having a hard time eating all my exercise cals because I worry that I am going to fill up on the bad foods.
