Good Rule to follow i always think is with each drink that you feel you need to consume have a big glass of water with lemon or just water... That is fantastic. u really should be proud... you look amazing.. Do some arm weights, pushups, lunges for legs.. Any of the jm/bob harper dvds are fantastic.. my fav right now is fast fix.. kickboxing.. good for some toning forsure.. but its 20 min fast pace and fun.. :) Good luck and keep on going girl.. you can do it...
