My blood pressure has always been borderline high. Never medicated to control, the doctor was never *that* worried. It had been steady at 140/90 for years. My mom and both siblings (all overweight and outta shape) are all medicated to control their BP.


Well, I took it this morning, just for kicks. OMG it's so much lower than I ever expected!! 130/60 is super for me. My doctor will be just floored the next time I see him, lower weight AND lower blood pressure. And it can only keep getting better, the closer I get to my goal.


Shows that healthy eating and weight loss truly are good for ya!!

    That's awesome. My situation was similar - border line but now in normal range.

    That is fantastic.. You have came so far... You will continue to see positive body improvements.. keep up the GREAT WORK... you should be proud of yourself..
