Uhm yeah thanks for clearing that up! But tea is still fluid with added good stuff. So is it good like this, or should I drink more water in stead of tea?

I'm someone who drinks 5-7 cups of green tea a day, 1 coffee,1 diet soda and 1 water. Is it better to drink more water? Like, how is green tea worse than water?

Rice cakes, whole grain biscuits, fruit (mango, blueberries, grapes, apples, bananas, strawberries), greek yoghurt and nuts! And chocolate :P

Yep same here, I never did any exercise before that and I have asthma... My endurance got so much better and I can get more air now :) It's the best for beginners!

Uhm my weight in lbs is 126 acording to google. I exercised A LOT, a typical day would include 40 min bicycle and a 30 minute JM video. I completed 30 day shred, did one week of Six week six pack and now I'm on week 3 of Ripped in 30 (I love Jillian Michaels :D) Thanks everyone!!! :) You are all so kind :)

Well that's great! After all this weight i've lost i'm still not very happy. And that is the most important thing. So doesnt matter if it'll take you a bit longer, just enjoy that you feel good about your body now :)

My bf doesnt do any kind of exercise :( haha but thanks :) I'll try to do bodyweight exercises untill I have some spare money.

What do you guys suggest if I can't get to really heavy weights?? I don't have a gym membership or the money for heavier dumbbells. The heaviest things I can get are 1kg bottles.. Is that good?
