I just got cheap basic clothes once in a while at H&M, because getting clothes during my weightloss really motivated me. When I reached my goal I went shopping like a crazy woman :P

Amazing progress!!! :D I also ate way to little in the beginning, and although I lost a lot of weight fast, I look (and feel) better now I eat more.. Wish everyone would understand this!!

I started out with 30 day shred, it's really good for beginners. Than Ripped in 30, after I finished that I did some six week six pack videos and 'banish fat boost metabolism'... Now I'm redoing the 30 Day shred again! I think that series helped me in my weightloss the most :)

30-60 minutes a day is what I do. Riding my bike (combining with jillian michaels) helped me to lose weight like crazy when I started (at least 1kg a week which is a little more than 2 lbs.). Just use it to get to work, or friends, or the supermarket.. whatever! And make sure you get your heart rate up!! Don't focus on how…

30 lbs in 3 months through a lot of exercise and healthy eating. Also cut alcohol (maybe once a month one wine) and I drink lots of green tea.

I just get weed in coffee shops around here... Haha! Since i've been 'healthy' i haven't had anything else but black coffee. Though I will get a nice skinny latte Starbucksdrink soon probably :D

I measure my shoulders, bust, waist, hips, arms and legs. Just measure it at the exact same point every time. (just measure the smallest part of your waist, the thickest part of your thighs etc) Then just measure it every 2 weeks or so to keep track :)

My legs have slimmed down like crazy. I think they are way to skinny, i have a pretty big thigh gap. But it's just my shape (or due to all the bicycling xD). When I was bigger my legs were kinda small in comparison to the rest of my body too. Weightloss is all relative.

You can add me. I'm on my bike everyday, from 20 to 90 minutes... :P It really helped me lose weight.

You have to get a good brand! Theres so much difference in eyeliners... I use Gosh Long lasting eyeliner, don't think it's available in all countries (I live in Europe). I use quite some eyeliner, but I never have to worry if its running or whatever. Perfect stuff.

Never exercised in my life, when I decided that I wanted to lose weight I just bicycled everywhere, also I started the 30 day shred everyday. Now I've done a lottt of JM video's and Im on my bike at least 40 minutes a day. It's hard not to exercise now.

I drink 1 cup of coffee with breakfast, and mostly another one in the early evening... Black ofcourse! I try to limit it though, because I already drink like 5 cups of tea a day too o.o
