    Congrats! Your story is inspirational. I started a program about 8 weeks ago but joined MFP about 4 weeks ago and to tell the truth this site is a great inspiration. You look great and I bet you feel great. Good job.

    OMG chick, you're such an inspiration, Im the same height as you and around 160lbs.
    I was 172lbs and im finding its a very slow process if you're slim anyway. You have the same body type i do.
    May i ask what your exersice regime was like?
    I steer clear of a lot of carbs because they bloat me like hell, I'll eat rice, potatoes, some pasta and good carbs but i rarely eat pizza, burgers, fries, things like that. xx
