I eat whatever I want too, but staying under my calorie intake has made me better in picking healthier things. Also the amount of junk of before this all was ridiculous. I don't care if it's not perfect now because it's waaay better than before :) I just watch my protein because I exercise a lot!

I look at the kilo's!! Lbs are not used in my country, and besides I dont worry that much about Kilos like you said :)

Make sure you always have your own drinks with you. Alcohol is terrible for weightloss. Besides, if you have lost all the weight and you're not as used to alcohol as first, you'll get drunk from 1-2 drinks (that's my experience though :P)

I get this too. It's like theyre saying I don't eat enough (thats definately not true) Pretty annoying. I just like to think that people want to say these things is because they feel bad about themselves otherwise. Those people are mostly thin, but not extremely fit.

I'm a vegetarian too, it was really hard for me at first to get enough protein. Now I have protein shakes and greek yoghurt a lot, which make the macros fine :)

I was an 36D. (80E European) Now I'm an 32C or a 34B (70D or 75C European) I lost 30 lbs.. The only thing I hate about my weightloss are my lost boobies :(

I drink a crapload of green tea, and lost a lot of weight in short time. I really think it has helped for me personally.

MFP already has a deficit calculated in for you. For example, if you set your goals to sedentary you will burn around 1700 a day with sitting around. So, you eat 1200 which gives you a 500 calorie deficit each day by not exercising at all. If you exercise on top of that, you can eat your exercise calories back without you…

I dont want anyone to comment on what I eat. It's pretty healthy, but I eat like bad chocolaty things too everyday. Thats why its working for me though. Also I really feel that what you eat is pretty private information in general.

I'm sorry that that happened to you. But take this energy and put it in losing that weight! I had a bad experience what made me lose weight too. But now I've reached my goal weight I'm glad it happened. Good luck :)

Get used to it and just ignore it. It always creeps me out when older guys that could be my father are checking me out and then come up to me. Gross.
