Sandwiches are great! I always eat cereal with 0% fat milk in the morning, and a PB and banana sandwich for lunch :) Just add some protein and fruit :D

I just want to get toned! I don't need to lose anymore weight. I didn't like it because its very repetitive, and you have to do the same video for 3 weeks.

Apple, and a whole grain biscuit... or some chocolate :) I always eat before I go to bed, just make sure you save some calories for the end of the day ;)

Everyday, a 30 minute JM video and 20-60 minute bike ride!

I've done 30 day shred, and finished Ripped in 30 today :) Also did a week of six week six pack, but didnt like that quite as much! Now I'm looking for a nice follow up that doesnt require lots of weights or anything..

I would advice to set it to Light active and log the tennis or other intense sports as exercise (so dont log the walking etc)

0% fat Greek yoghurt fills you up the most. And is very low in cal.

I love tattoos! They have to be done by a good professional though... Cheap tattoo's are so ugly. I love birds. Thinking of getting one on my hipbone in a few years :) Lyrics make amazing tattoo's as well.

I'm on my bike everyday for a minimum of 40 minutes. I love it because it's a relatively easy way to exercise, and you go everywhere... Without my bike I would never lost so much weight as I did and my legs look really nice now. I just go to work, to my boyfriend, to another town... I always put on some music and sometimes…

My 30 day shred results were awesome. Can't really remember the specific losses... I think I lost like 10 / 13 pounds and lots of centimeters. My endurance got WAY better and it took away a lot of my asthma. You just got to keep pushing yourself! Jillian Michaels is amazing!

I really like to save some calories before bed, I just enjoy food the most then. Mostly I eat an apple and something bad (like a piece of chocolate or a cookie!) I used to eat LOTS of food before bed so I can't just change that habit, just the amount of food :) It works perfectly for me, I've lost a lot of weight.

Greek yoghurt is amazing, i like it a lot better than the regular kind (it's really thick :D) and it's the lowest in calories... If you dont like it you can add a little bit of honey. You can eat all sorts of nuts, best for weightloss are almonds :) Apples and bananas are great for fiber!
