i have one bad day per week so I don't feel deprived of anything. It's usually Sunday and then that night I prepare my healthy food for the next few days.

Did Ramp it up today and I know tomorrow I will feel it. How is everyone else doing? Any undate on measurements or weight lost? I'm down 2lbs since we started. under my calories everyday even when I don't work out.

I was sore yesterday so I did zumba. Back at it today. Ready to do Ramp it up next week. How many days are you guys doing, five or six? How is everyone doing with their food?

Day 1 down and I forgot how hard it was. I also used MFP for low impact aerobics and I burned 138 calories. I felt inspired so I cooked a bunch of low calorie vegan food and packed my breakfast and luncn for work tomorrow. I also ordered a bathing suit one size smaller! I'm ready!

hi all, I just found your thread today and I am also doing slim in 6. I started after you guys and I am on the second week of Ramp it up. I'm excited to read the rest of the thread. i used a manicue and pedicure for the first 10lbs i used a massage for the next 5lbs for the last 5 I went shopping and got myself some clothes that fit:wink:

my calories are about 1250 and usually i eat lots of salad greens (4 cups =60 calories) and fruit so fruits and veggies are the best way to go to feel full and low calories and for snacks microwave popcorn is a great option

well day two is down and of course my TOM is here. I'm really sore and could barely raise my legs up my front steps today but it can only get easier. I use low impact aerobics for 168 calories burned. how are your workouts going Malvys? do you see a difference yet? are you sore like I am?:sick:
