i have bad new..... and i need help
i woke up yesterday not able to move with a sharp pain in my back. i went to the Dr. today and found out that i have a pinched nerve in my back. this means that i can't work-out. I've been doing great for 11 weeks and now i can't work out:sad: what can i do to not gain back the weight and stay motivated until i can work…

hi all, I'm going over my mother's for dinner and because I'm vegetarian she usually orders out for me. any ideas on what i should get? I have 500 calories left for the day.:huh:
