My nutritionist today told me not to count coffee or tea in my water count. She said if i add MIO drops, or crystal light to a cup of water, i can still log it. But coffee and tea contain caffeine, and does not count in your daily water intake.

I am 5-4 and about 210 pounds, my hrm says anywhere from 8-900 cals, per 60 min live class. My instructor is pretty intense, there are no breaks between songs, and i only stop to down a little water and right back into it. Hang in there, you know from the past that while that needle may stick for a while it will move again!! At least thats what i'm hanging on too, my scale hasn't budged in 6 weeks!!!

THank you for the replies. Im going to get my calories up and see how it goes :) As well as try to switch things up. I typically do a lot of cardio, mainly zumba. So there is definitely room to change things!!
