  • Please be careful doing these on steps and with weights IF you are not used to doing them. A few months ago when I first started doing calf raises, I did them on an aerobics step with weight...the next morning when I got out of bed, I fell to the floor on my knees because i could not straighten my legs. I had to crawl to the bathroom and soak on hot water to relax my calf muscles!

    Did them on aerobic steps in groups of 50. Tough, almost cramped up. But all done :)

    Im done. it was great. did them in batches of 50.my 2 yr old looked at me funng when i was doing them when he was in the bath tonight.

    I did 3 sets of 50, but my foot started with a sharp pain and has been getting progressively worse as I continue so I think I'm out for this one :(

    Done!!! And did 20 desk push-ups (since i'm still at work and in a skirt and heels, cant really jump down on the floor to do the real thing.)

    Did it with a 10# weight in each hand. My calves feel ripped! I did it P90X style, 100 with toes pointing forward, 100 with toes pointed in (like a pigeon) and 100 with toes pointed out. What a great idea!

    First set of 25 down, I will do yesterdays later on.

    I did get mine done, just forgot to come back and write it lol. I got 300 level 1s in and i felt it!! Something i need to start working in daily i think!
