the scary thing is, some people just click with sex & some don't! sex isn't just about the act, it's the build up, the sharing, the intimacy. young people are pretty much crap at it because it's normally selfish and "to the point". but this compatibility cannot be learned because then it is faux.

confidence.... women gain their confidence in their 30s to 40s! They don't care so much about public opinion. ps I'm 42, but remember being 20s ;)

if I was that way inclined, yes.

assassin! LMAO Ok, I design software for banks, I'm self-employed and travel to the where the work is. I've lived all over the place and I expect to be relocating soon!

4 legs to the table: quality nutrition resistance training (full event, not isolation) cardio (short intense bursts, not endurance) rest do all 4 or the weakest leg will hold you back.
-
This is the "best" advice. Execute it! ps cardio without the pressure on the leg! push up position with legs open, move left leg by bending knee in parallel to body, then place back on floor, do right knee, then left hand up to chest and place back on floor, now right hand. Push hips to floor & repeat as fast as possible!…

I can't share :( Gym or food, it doesn't matter! I'd rather buy you what I'm eating then let you eat it! I stopped going to the gym when I realized other people don't understand how to share as well. I have my own home gym, it rocks. The only people allowed in it are people who do what I say. I still can't share! ;)

losing weight is not a target. it is vague. stop being vague. Getting in shape is like saving up for something. You can do it, there will be set backs, but overall you'll get there. Don't start saving for a super yacht, start saving for a row boat! Then work up, this is lifestyle, not a one off. Write down what you want,…

I think you're right. It's like comparing apples and oranges. Limiting ourselves to a 4000 calorie a week burn is subjective. We're complex living beings with many different evolved mechanisms to keep us alive. Being fit and well is evolution demonstrated at it's best, the reason most of us exercise is to keep our…

I didn't need to lose weight, I dropped grains for an experiment on how it would affect my energy and performance training. I used to enjoy all my grain based food, but I thought I'd try dropping it. I guess most people don't have the ability or inclination to stop. It doesn't matter. Enjoy your wheat, rice, pasta, bread…

my data came from a pro grain site http://www.wholegrainscouncil.org/files/SlavinArticle0504.pdf but then we can throw web links around all day http://io9.com/5917339/why-eating-like-a-caveman-may-be-the-way-of-the-future I remember us only having 3 meals a day with them, it was always cooked except after a Sunday roast,…

perhaps wheat will go the way of tobacco? http://www.lef.org/magazine/mag2011/oct2011_Wheat-The-Unhealthy-Whole-Grain_01.htm what I find interesting is remembering one of my great grand parents and all my grand parents. They weren't fat and lived into their 90s & never went to a gym. They also used to eat a lot of fat…
-
I've cut the grains for almost 6 months now! I increased my fat consumption too! My training hasn't suffered, I feel better, stronger, faster & more alert! I train 13 sessions a week (approx 9hrs) with a mixture of mixed martial arts, kickboxing, grappling, running (mainly sprint work with the odd 10k or 10miler thrown…

your bruv talks tosh! lift with a personal trainer for a few months, get your technique spot on! then go watch him lift (he won't like it if you correct him LOL) the most important thing about lifting is balance, balance in your programme to avoid injury! I myself prefer full body event exercises (core core core baby), but…

feeling snacky?!?!?!? eat some meat! yum yum - now you're full up! if you eat processed carbs, you'll want more very soon....... I tested myself the other nite, choccy biscuit, ooooh nice, I'll have another....oooooh that was good, shall I have another..... I wasn't getting full....I was acting like a crack addict....more…

I don't think people notice. Once day they're thin, next day "BOOM". What happened! It takes someone to point it out. I've told a number of friends they were fat! They denied it! They've all followed the Kübler-Ross model. The Five Stages of Grief, denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance. All of them have…

I've been gaming since 7! Old skool...through the years (Grandstand, Commodore Vic 20, Nintendo SNES, Commodore 64, Atari STE, PC 286/386/486/Pentium/PII,PIII,PIV, Core 2 Duos, Core i7, Sony PS3, Android)! I'm 42 and still like a blast on MW2, BF3, LFD2! I find console games are better for fighting/driving & PC games for…

today's processed food is designed to keep you coming back for more! it is no longer sustenance. it is big company profits! they want us to eat more and will do anything to make us do this! our life styles have changed we don't have the morning breakfast together @ 6am, the lunch @ 12pm followed by dinner together @ 6pm…
