I knew what you meant. Agreed these workouts are getting a little too long. So last night I did the interval workout and then did the rest of the program this morning and it still took me an hour to complete and I've cut down the rest time in between sets.

You look great and you can see a difference in your body. When I get to that point, I'm skipping over Stage 6.

I do 3 sets of 8 reps. I just finished 4B2 today.

Stage 4 workout A2 is done! Now on rest for two days and back to workout B on Sunday.

Stage 4B1 Done! I did just regular deadlifts instead of from the box. I also do not rest 90 seconds between the crunches, seems like too much of a waste of time.

Stage 4 workout A1 DONE! I think I finally got the hang of the front squat push press. On my way up I say explode(in my head) and can get the bar up over my head! I was excited to see shoulder muscles in the mirror while I worked out today. On to A2 on Sunday!

These are really hard the first time around. I fell off the ball a few times. Your abs are probably weak so just give it time, it'll get better.

Finally on to stage 4. I completed Stage 3 last night and I'm not even sore. Are my weights to light or am I that much of a badass???lol.

The biggest lesson I've learned-do not weigh in and don't get discouraged. I haven't been very consistent with the workouts and didn't follow the eating plan at all. Yes my clothes have gotten snug but I see the muscles forming and I feel much stronger. I use to not be able to carry in a 40 lb bag of dog food, now i can…

I was completely nervous at first too (sometimes still am) but it does get easier to invade the "man section". I still get funny looks but don't care anymore. I pay for this damn membership too, is what I say to myself.

I didn't do them. I got bored with stage 1 and I took a long time to complete it. I was ready to move into Stage 2 so skipped that part.

Unless your body produces testosterone or you take a "supplement" to do so, you should not get bulky. I'd recommend New Rules for Lifting for Women.

Time to get back at it! My ultimate Goal Weight for 2013 is 125. I'll be doing several of Jillian Michaels DVD's and a 20 minute Yoga routine by Denise Austin that I found on youtube on alternating days. No more junk food for me. I'll keep a few things around for the kids but nowhere near what we usually have.

I have been slacking for weeks now and I'm so glad I found this group. I've been sick with a cold for about 2 weeks now and should be better by the 9th. I love weekly challenges. I'm ready to get to WORK!

I don't have any tips for you. I have terrible weekends too, but I'm also more active. I've tried to log on the weekends but I never follow through. Hope someone else has better advice than me...lol.

I have been struggling with my food intake for a few weeks now and with the holidays around the corner it'll only get harder. I can not seem to keep my mouth closed to all the goodies. I was doing really well with the exercising but now that's slacking too. Thanks for the group.

Question! Are the lunges 200 total; alternating legs or 200 on each leg?
