I'd like to lose about 15 lbs by the time my birthday rolls around on March 29. My long term goal is to lose another 25 by June.

So my goal is to be mindful of the boredom and not stuff my face!

I never understand why when teams lose their trainers they look so defeated. They have been there 7 weeks. Seems like they'd know the routine by now.

I think it's to show the changes. The scale they step on is actually a prop. The weigh ins are done early in the day.

Put away clean dishes, wipe down the counters and put a pair of pants in the laundry. All on one break!

Why do they fall into the eat the most calories trap? I think every season the "winner" ends up going home.
