I have a HRM but I always split the difference between what the machine says (using that morning's weight) and my HRM (using that week's 'official' weight).
-
I log my strength exercises under strength so I can keep track of my sets/reps, but I also list a cardio exercise called NROLFW where I put my calories burned according to the New Rules of Lifting for Woman calculations.

I usually can't see a difference in my pics, but I usually take some every Monday when I weigh in. I also do measurements. I see differences in my weight and measurements but not the pics, but I know at few pounds at a time I won't.

I have also found if I eat and workout to close together or have a liquid breakfast like a protein/breakfast shake, my tummy gets upset too.

I don't work out that early, but I do eat about an hour before I work out and then within about an hour after. Right now I have the "luxury" of time. My alarm went off at 8. I got up, peed, took the dog out for a quick one, feed both fur babies, went to the bathroom again, weighed in, took my measurements, had 2 glasses of…

I plan on changing my goal several times. I started with a "a would be happy at" then when I hit that, I'm going to set a new goal splitting the difference between my "happy at" and the high end of "ideal weight". I'm going to keep splitting differences working towards the low end of "ideal weight". Once I hit the point…

I have the flex and love it. They have come out with a newer one called the force in December or so. It has some neater features such as images rather than dots and works as a watch, but it has been recalled because it has been giving users a rash.

I weigh myself every morning to make sure that I'm on track. I use that number on the exercise machine and then average the machines calorie count with my HRM calorie count to record my exercise. But I only update my weight on mfp and my HRM on Mondays.

My favorite way to eat Brussel sprouts is steamed and then sprinkled with Molly McButter.

I have had a great week... I went from obese to overweight on Monday, got 2 unexpected checks in the mail on Tuesday, was able to go to a size xl from 2x in Nike running shorts and met a cute guy on Wednesday, Thursday got to see one of my best friends who I hadn't seen since November/December and set up a date with a guy…

Hit one today, all though it is not official until I weigh in on Monday, but I hit ONEderland this morning.

I log my exercise and put in the duration and start time, and fitbit adjusts it's calcs so that you are not double loging.

I meant to type wouldn't....

Who in their right mind would like a nude pic?

It depends on what method you are using to get your calorie goal for the day. If you are using tdee then you don't get to eat back those calories. If you are using neat - which is what mfp uses - then yes you get to eat those back.

Depends on the time of the month the one night stand takes place.

Depends if it a new friend or an old friend....new friend, I would slip into something sexy or just answer the door naked. An old friend would understand me being all bundle df up in sweats since they would know how cold I get.

I have tried several versions of it, and am currently trying the c25k app by zen labs. I like doing the program (regardless of what version) because I don't have to watch the clock and can zone out both during the walk and run until I hear the chime then zone out again. I have cut time from my 5k speed but never fully run…

My wrong number or op's wrong number?

I am 36, 5' 9", and weigh 203.2. I am doing new rules of lifting for women and according to the calculations for it, I burn 291 calories for 20 minutes of lifting. So, although everyone says HRM aren't good for strength training, your number doesn't seem unreasonable.

Feel free to add me....hweatherholt

The feed will combine them by saying x calories burned doing cardio exercise, including y activity. The x will be the total you burned doing all the activities but it will only list 1 of the activities you did. In your diary it will still show all of them.

Coming from a former teacher, yes!

New tattoos and a few new sexy outfits.

If I can still walk to the kitchen, you don't deserve a sammich!

Runtastic does, and the paid version is only a few dollars. I have it but don't use it because it doesn't have a treadmill mode. The C25K app by Zen labs doesn't show it in the app but if you link it to mfp, it will upload 2 cardio exercises to your diary with a speed of 4.0 and 5.2 and the total number of minutes you did…

Is this the episode where they make Theo rent his room and Rudy is the bank owner?
-
If you use The runtastic squat app and its linked to mfp it will log your squats as a cardio activity of calestnics and give you an estimated calorie burn for the few minutes it takes you.

This. Coming from a former teacher.
