Can you link me a reliable source saying those come naturally with vitamin B12?
-
Animal products provide vitamin B12 which plant foods don't have unless they are fortify. Vitamin B12 helps to keep the blood cells healthy and it's needed to make DNA. And it also helps prevent anemia. if you a woman and are not eating meat and not taking the vitamin, then it's bad when you are to become pregnant.…

One hour of kick boxing burns 600 for me.

Have you taken any measurements? How much are you trying to lose?
-
Throw that scale away and use measurement. Slow and steady wins the race, so upping your calories but still losing is great.

If you are using MFP to calculate your calories intake, you should always eat back your exercise calories. :drinker: you are right. I need my "un-clean" food too, they keep me happy.

Where did I say it's necessary? She asked for ways to detox to help jump start her weight loss. My understanding is that your body already have two great organs to help with detox/filter, that's your Liver and Kidneys. Can you tell me what's a good way to not over stressing those organs so they are functioning properly?…

Eating clean means a diet plan of unprocessed, whole foods like fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean meats, healthy fat and avoid artificial ingredients, preservatives, "chemically charged foods," sugars, saturated fat, and trans fat. How is that wrong?
-
Eat clean, keep yourself hydrated and your body will do the rest for you.

1. The person who spread their towel on the free weights set covering at least 3 sets of weight. Seriously?!? Is your towel lifting weights too? 2. People who don't put the equipment back (weights, yoga mats, kettle balls, etc) 3. The gym has a digital scale by the stretching area and there is a girl who weight herself…

It's great that you are loving exercise. But if you want to build muscle and lose weight at the same time, you definitely should track your calories to make sure you are fueling those muscles. You might have the energy to "jog" to the finish line now but if you want to actually get to the finish line, you need to listen to…

From my understanding, if you eat less than what your body needs, it holds on to everything you consume. Your body is trying to keep you alive from all the activities you are doing or not doing. And while you do lose weight at a high calories deficiency, you are most likely losing water weight and muscle mass because fat…

Unfortunately, I still can't do any without assist. T_T

I love "Some research has found that the obese already “exercise” more than most of the rest of us." I don't believe exercise makes a person obese, eating too much makes a person obese. An obese person exercising more because it can help with diabetes, heart diseases, etc. The rest of us most likely think we are "healthy"…

As long as you eat at calories deficiency, you will lose weight. Are you eating at the right calories? Here is a good post to check out: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/654536-in-place-of-a-road-map-2-0-revised-7-2-12

When you are eating something fatty, greasy, have a cup of green tea to help with digestion. But green tea will not make you lose weight.

I am on my second week of reset.... Almost 2 lbs gain. But I am looking forward when my reset is done. :)

What's the benefit of being fat or being thin? Thin people can be as unhealthy as fat people.

By using scooby's calculator (http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/), with you set on light activity, with -20% TDEE, you should be eating at about 1900. At this number, you don't have to eat back your exercise calories. However, if you are doing the MFP method, you should always eat back your exercise calories.…
-
You are losing tons of inches, that's great! As long as you eat between your BMR and TDEE, you will lose. But if you want to see if you will lose when eating more, I suggest going up 100 calories/day. It will take time, just be patience. You are doing good so far. Scale is evil anyways.
-
I am in the same boat. I am currently eating closer to my TDEE and doing more weight training. Hopefully it will help.
-
If people net 1200/day, I have no issue with that. It's people who eat under 1200/day, with no medical condition, not understanding how MFP works and are encouraging others to do the same, that's irresponsible. I don't think MFP have people eating under 1200/day and if you log your exercise, your daily calories intake will…
-
If you are netting at about 980, it could be too low for you but without more information, I don't know. You should be eating between your BMR and TDEE. If you are worry that you might not get the calculation right, then eat at your BMR and eat back your exercise calories. This is a short read:…
