I find the standard macros are too low on protein based on everything I have read, so I wouldn't be too concerned with that. A lot of websites have indicated eating 1 X your body weight is actually ideal for you body to gain muscle and lose weight.

I am going to try and reduce the cArb intake and see if that helps. I did this a couple of weeks ago, and added some dark chocolate and a couple spoonfuls of fat free whip topping before putting in the food processor even my five year old loved it, and kept saying yummy ice cream! It's best when the the bananas are getting brown.

I take body combat at the Y thousadns of kicks, and punch sequesnces in the class - It is more of a cardio combat class, but it kicks butt. I love the class it is quite a work out in a month i lost 1 &1/2 inch's on each arm....the class makes me feel strong!

I love body combat - I am taking it three days a week - except for this small set back this week - spraine my knee. I was actually having the same issue'a had been mornitoring calories, and and such but the scale was flutuating between the same three lbs for like 4 weeks. Oh I completely agree with @wahmx3 - it goes both ways - I have had eating issues my whole life some more destructive then others. I dislike people congradulating people for being under a 1200 calorie min...The body needs a certain amount of calories a day to sustain and be healthy.
