Congrats! Will be doing the color run in June, so any tips would be greatly appreciated....I am training but the treadmill is getting boring and ice and mud on the roads doesn't leave many options.

I am a little late (was camping with no internet access) but something must of worked because I lost weight and making sure I am moving one way or another (walking, playing soccer with my kids). I even signed up to help coach soccer to make sure that I get some exercise in with my kids :D

Another newbie here, my goal this month is to loose 10 lbs, and to make sure that I get more exercise in (ie. standing watching kids sports instead of sitting, and walking while they are at practice instead of again sitting)!

What about a chair cardio? Livestrong has some good ideas, and YouTube videos to go over proper techniques, or a personal trainer. Good Luck!

I need some motivation, I log all week and most weekends, well now all weekends now that camping season is over. I haven't figured out why based on my calorie intake and my exercise why I'm not loosing weight and getting a little frustrated tho I know I need to keep going and it will all work out in the end.

Burned 3519 this week that I actually remembered to log ( thank goodness for hiking and swimming those are two high burning exercises that I need to continue!) Do we know what week 2 challenge is yet?

Surgery defiantly doesn't make you the enemy it takes a lot to go through it and still come out on top and keep up with it! Congrats on the weight loss!

Just found the C25K group (now that I know what that stands for) ! I have registered for my first one Sept 18th to hopefully keep me on the right track!

Think my mini challange will be to walk at least 30 minutes per day, and strength train at lunch with any extra will just be I hope more motivation to continue.

Have you tried something like Life water to add a little flavor than just plain water all the time, it is zero calories and doesn't contain aspitime (? spelling), I also started adding beans into my salads at lunch cause salads were just not cutting it for me.

I have been doing land and aqua Zumba.... not noticing much change yet but know it will come....... How do you log it in as exercise on here? I have been using Dance/hip hop. Thank you!
