I use my desk for dips and bust out pushups and squats when nobody is looking. I use reams of paper as overhead press weights. I park far away and take the stairs. If it isn't raining, I will park on one side of the building and walk around to the other to come in. I keep dumb bells by my couch at home for commercial…
