Thank you! And yes my calories are around 1500 also. Its not a permanent thing just something I wanted to try after reading about all the health benefits. I was also hoping it would break my plateau that I've been on forever!

oh...so when people say "i'm working on my macros", it means they're trying to make sure they hit the right ratio of fats, carbs and protein? how do you know what the right ratios are?

My hubby and I are thinking about making homemade stir fry with lots and lots of veggies. We use reduced sodium soy sauce and a spicy stir fry sauce which I'm sure jacks up the sodium, but still pretty healthy and yummy! Maybe some low cal egg rolls for a side dish treat!

It's really different for everyone. You'll have to experiment to see what works for you. You might be able to eat back some or all or your exercise calories burned. For me, that did not work at all. If I eat my exercise calories back, I don't lose and might even gain! :noway: So, I try to keep my calories around 1200…

You're right! While I appreciate and respect everyone's opinion, eating meat of any kind is simply not an option. It's not like taking a cheat day on a low calorie diet by eating a bunch of high calorie foods. Thanks for another amazing sounding recipe!! Hope your thanksgiving was wonderful!
